casey-lynne-williams

Casey devotes all of her time towards elder law and estate planning at Tolison & Williams, Attorneys at Law, LLC in Brighton, Colorado. Ms. Williams focuses her practice on estate planning needs including wills, revocable living trusts, special-needs trusts, healthcare power of attorney, and more. Casey seeks to empower her clients to properly document their wishes and works to connect her clients with other important professionals such as financial advisers and certified public accountants (CPAs) to help her clients reach their estate planning goals. Casey is also an advocate for bettering her community, as evidenced by the many volunteer/charitable activities she has been involved with in the Denver and Boulder areas.

T&W

Casey and her team did an incredible job in guiding us through the overwhelming task of preparing our wills and getting our affairs in order. The process was manageable thanks to how the information was presented - small bites at a time. It made us answer and consider some tough questions but now that we’re finished, we are confident that our children will be cared for and our assets managed appropriately. And as our situation changes over time, we know we’ll be able to easily make adjustments.

I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing solid advice (and encouragement) in preparing for end of life arrangements.
